Signing of an annex to the credit agreement with Credit Agricole Bank Polska SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 27 February 2014 it received a notice from Credit Agricole Bank Polska SA on the signing an annex to the credit facility agreement with Budimex S.A., an agreement mentioned in current report no. 56/2008 of 13 October 2008 and in the following reports: 44/2009 of 08.06.2009; 56/2009 of 24.07.2009; 75/2009 of 01.09.2009; 2/2010 of 18.01.2010; 30/2010 of 06.04.2010; 40/2010 of 10.05.2010; 35/2011 of 28.04.2011; 50/2011 of 07.06.2011; 31/2012 of 05.06.2012; 56/2012 of 05.09.2012 and 55/2013 of 30.08.2013.
The annex specifies the new expiry date for the Agreement as 29 August 2014 and increases the amount of the available guarantee limit to PLN 152,000,000 (one hundred and fifty-two million).
Other provisions of the agreement remain unchanged.
The contractual value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
