Danwood sale - final selling price established

With reference to current report no. 76/2013 of 02.12.2013, the Board of Budimex SA ("Budimex") announces that today the final selling price of the shares in Danwood sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Bielsk Podlaski ("Danwood") has been fixed at PLN 240 628 000. The above results from the fact that Budimex’s wholly-owned subsidiary – Budimex B Sp. z o.o. (“Seller”) filed no objections to the selling price adjustment of Danwood shares calculated by the buyer i.e. Barwick Investments sp. z o.o. ("Buyer") for PLN 2 028 000 in favour of the Seller. The price adjustment shall be paid by the Buyer within 14 days.
The contractual value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
