Budimex SA signs an amendment to the credit agreement concluded with BNP Paribas Bank Polska SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 26 November 2013 an amendment to the Guarantee Line Agreement dated 25 April 2008 was concluded with BNP Paribas Bank Polska. Budimex announced the conclusion of that agreement in Current Report No. 20/2008 of 28 April 2008.
Pursuant to the amendment, BNP Paribas Bank Polska SA has extended the validity period of that guarantee line to 2 November 2014.
Other provisions of the agreement shall remain unchanged.
The value of the agreement exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
