Signing of an addendum to a loan agreement with Bank Millennium SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 05.07.2013 the company received from Bank Millennium SA, with its registered office in Warsaw, a signed addendum to the facility agreement for bank guarantees of 31 July 2009.
The addendum stipulates that the sum of all guarantees issued pursuant to the agreement shall not exceed PLN 100,000,000 (one hundred million zloty).
The term of the agreement was extended to 29.05.2014.
Other provisions of the loan agreement remain unchanged.
The contractual value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
