Sale of Budimex shares by OFE PZU Złota Jesień

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 27 June 2013 it received a letter from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU SA, acting on behalf of Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU Złota Jesień, stating that, as a result of the sale of shares of Budimex SA on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 17 June 2013, the number of shares currently held by the Fund now accounted for less than 10% of the votes in the company.
Before the sale transaction, the Fund held 2,553,988 of the company's shares, accounting for 10.004% of the share capital. These shares were vested with 2,553,998 votes at the General Shareholders' Meeting, which accounted for 10.004% of the overall number of votes at the General Shareholders' Meeting of Budimex SA.
At present, the Fund holds 2,253,988 shares, accounting for 8.83% of the share capital. These shares are vested with 2,253,988 votes at the General Shareholders' Meeting, which accounts for 8.83% of the overall number of votes at the General Shareholders' Meeting of Budimex SA.
