Signing of an addendum to a loan agreement with Banco Espirito Santo

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 26 June 2013 it was informed by Banco Espirito Santo de Investimento S.A., Branch in Poland, about the signing of an addendum to the loan agreement for the issuing of bank guarantees, which the company announced in its current report no. 45/2012 of 2 August 2012.
Pursuant to the said addendum, the amount of the limit up to which the company can request the bank to issue guarantees has been increased from PLN 80,000,000 (eight million zloty) to PLN 120,000,000 (one hundred and twenty million zloty) and the term of the agreement has been extended to 20 June 2014.
The remaining terms of the agreement have not been amended.
The contractual value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
