Conclusion of an annex amending the credit agreement between Budimex S.A. and BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A.

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. reports that on 30 October 2012 an amendment to the Guarantee Line Agreement of 25 April 2008 was signed with BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. Budimex S.A. announced this agreement in current report no. 20/2008 of 28 April 2008.
Pursuant to this document, BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. made available a guarantee line of up to PLN 164 643 106.91 to Budimex and extended its validity until 30 October 2013.
Other provisions of the agreement remain unchanged.
The value of the agreement exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
