Signing of an amendment to the Guarantee Line Agreement with BNP Paribas Bank Polska SA

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. reports that on 01 August 2012 an amendment to the Guarantee Line Agreement of 25 April 2008 was signed with BNP Paribas Bank Polska. Budimex S.A. announced this agreement in Current Report No. 20/2008 of 28 April 2008.
Pursuant to this document, BNP Paribas Bank Polska SA made available a guarantee line of up to PLN 176 332 792.46 to Budimex and extended its validity until 01 September 2012.
The value of the contract exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex S.A.
