Signing of an Annex to the credit contract with Bank Credit Agricole

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. reports that on 5 June 2012 it received from the bank Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank (formerly Calyon SA Oddział w Polsce) a signed annex to the Credit Contract, about which Budimex S.A. informed in Current Report No. 56/2008 of 13 October 2008 and in the following reports: 44/2009 of 8 June 2009; 56/2009 of 24 July 2009; 75/2009 of 1 September 2009; 2/2010 of 18 January 2010; 30/2010 of 6 April 2010; 40/2010 of 10 May 2010; 35/2011 of 28 April 2011 and 50/2011 of 7 June 2011.
The annex specifies a new expiry date for the Contract of 31 August 2012.
All other provisions of the Credit Contract remain unchanged.
The value of the contract exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex S.A.
