Signing of an Annex to the credit contract with Bank PEKAO S.A.

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. reports that on 30 May 2012 it received from Bank PEKAO SA information on the signing of an annex to the credit contract of 12 August 2008. Budimex S.A. informed about this contract and the changes to this contract in current report nos. 47/2008 of 12 August 2008, 67/2009 of 13 August 2009, 38/2010 of 4 May 2010, and 54/2011 of 17 June 2011.
Pursuant to the annex, the deadline when the Company may order the Bank to issue bank guarantees has been prolonged until 30 June 2012.
The remaining conditions of the agreement are not altered.
The Agreement value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex S.A.
