Sale of shares of Budimex SA by an entity closely related to a member of the Budimex SA Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 26 May 2011 the company was informed of the sale of shares of Budimex SA by an entity closely related to a Member of the Budimex SA Supervisory Board.
Transaction details:
1. During the trading session on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 19 May 2011, 6,510 of Budimex SA shares were sold at PLN 99.59 per share. The total value of the transaction was PLN 648,330.90.
2. During the trading session on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 19 May 2011, 1,724 of Budimex SA shares were sold at PLN 99.66 per share. The total value of the transaction was PLN 171,813.84.
