Annex to the bank guarantee agreement with Bank Handlowy and BNP Paribas

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 28 August 2014 the company received information that Bank Handlowy w Warszawie SA and BNP Paribas Bank Polska SA had signed an annex to the bank guarantee agreement, the conclusion of which the company announced in current report no. 49/2014 of 13 June 2014.
Pursuant to the annex, the deadline by which Budimex SA may order the banks to issue an advance payment refund guarantee has been prolonged to 31 January 2015.
The remaining terms of the agreement remain unchanged.
The contractual value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
