Annex to the bank guarantee agreement with BNP Paribas

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 28 August 2014 it received information that BNP Paribas Bank Polska SA had signed an annex to the Guarantee Line Agreement of 25 April 2008, the conclusion of which Budimex SA announced in current report no. 20/2008 of 28 April 2008.
Pursuant to this document, BNP Paribas Bank Polska SA extended the validity of that line until 15 February 2015.
The remaining provisions of the agreement were not amended.
The agreement value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
