Demission of managing person
The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 18 December 2018 it received a statement from Mr. Fernando Luis Pascual Larragoiti stating his demission, as of 18 December 2018, of his position in the Management Board of Budimex S.A.
Mr. Fernando Luis Pascual Larragoiti specified that the reasons behind his demission were taking new duties in the Ferrovial Group.
