Reconstruction of Four Domes Pavilion in Wrocław – selection of Budimex SA tender

The Management Board of Budimex SA reports that on 15 March 2013 it was informed by the Wrocław National Museum that the Budimex SA tender had been chosen as the best one in the open tender public procurement procedure for "Carrying out construction works for implementation of the project entitled "Renewal and reconstruction of Four Domes Pavilion for exhibition purposes of the Wrocław National Museum."
Contract value: 61,518,285.37 zlotys net
Commencement date: not later than 7 days after handing over the construction site
Deadline: not later than 30 June 2015
Guarantee period: 60 months for construction works, 24 months for equipment
Financial terms and conditions:
Term of payment: 30 days from the delivery of the invoice to the Contracting Authority.
Bank performance bond: 10% of the gross asking price.
Maximum penalties: 10% of gross remuneration
Irrespective of reserved contractual penalties, the Contracting Authority is entitled to claim supplementary damages on general terms.
The contract value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
