Signing of the Bank Guarantee Line Contract with Kredyt Bank SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 12 March 2012, Budimex SA (the Company") received a signed Bank Guarantee Line Contract from Kredyt Bank SA ("the Bank").
Pursuant to the Contract the Company may, until 02 March 2013, commission the Bank to issue bank guarantees up to the total amount of PLN 116,000,000.00 (say: one hundred sixteen million Polish zloty).
The collateral established under the Agreement consists of: the Company's statement of execution and an authorisation to access bank accounts kept with the Bank.
Other terms of the Contract do not differ from terms commonly applied to this type of agreements.
The contract value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
