The Board Member resignation

The Board of Budimex SA received on 09.02.2015 r. a notice of resignation by Andrzej Artur Czynczyk from the position of Board Member and Director of the HR Division of Budimex SA as of 09.17.2015 r. The reason for the resignation is the desire to further develop a career outside the structures of the Ferrovial Group in international corporation abroad.
