Budimex will build LA CLARTE

The investment will be implemented in two stages. During the first stage, a building with 118 apartments will be built, with the total area of 6,600 square metres and 561 square metres of retail area, during the second stage – a building with 102 apartments, with the total area of 5,900 square metres and 1,100 square metres of retail area. Each of the buildings will have five storeys above ground and two – underground.
The investment will be implemented in two stages. The construction of the first building will commence after the signing of the agreement and will end in March 2016. The construction of the second building has been planned for the period from June 2015 to October 2016.
