Budimex to extend the Army Clinical Hospital in Lublin

The Army Clinical Hospital with Polyclinic in Lublin has chosen the tender of Budimex for the construction of the central operating block and the upward extension of the main hospital building. The net tender price is PLN 46.9 million.

The upward extension of the hospital will house the maternity ward with usable floorage space of 968 sqm and the cardiology ward with a hybrid operating theatre (low invasive procedures and complicated heart operations can be performed in one place – the surgery method can be changed at any time) with usable floorage space of 1,480 sqm.

The central operating block will have six storeys with total usable floorage space of 7,300 sqm.
A helipad will be arranged on the roof of the building. It will be connected to the main hospital building by a connector.

Budimex will have 26 months from the date of contract signing to complete the project.
