Resignation of a member of the Management Board
The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 24 April 2014 it received a notification that Mr Ignacio Botella Rodriguez had submitted his resignation from membership of the Management Board of Budimex S.A. and from acting as Vice-President of the Management Board of Budimex S.A. as of 24 April 2014. The resignation was submitted on personal grounds requiring Mr Rodriguez to return to Spain.
