Dividend payout for 2013 - Resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of Budimex

With reference to current reports no. 26/2014 of 12 March 2014 and no. 34/2014 of 26 March 2014, the Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 24 April 2014 the Ordinary General Meeting of Budimex S.A. adopted Resolution no. 204 on distributing the profit for 2013, according to which the net profit for the period between 1 January 2013 and 31 December 2013 in the amount of PLN 302,531,661.30 (in words: three hundred and two million five hundred and thirty-one thousand six hundred and sixty-one zloty, thirty groszy) has been allocated for the payout of the dividend in the amount of PLN 11.85 (in words: eleven zloty and eighty-five groszy) gross per share.
The list of shareholders entitled to the dividend for the year 2013 was determined as at 6 May 2014 (the dividend day).
The dividend payout deadline is 21 May 2014.
The dividend payout will cover all of Budimex S.A. shares, i.e. 25,530,098 (twenty five million five hundred and thirty thousand and ninety-eight) shares.
