Recommendation for the 2013 dividend payout

With reference to current report no. 26/2014 dated 12 March 2014 and the recommendation to the Ordinary General Meeting of Budimex S.A. in 2014 to take the decision to pay out the dividend, the Management Board of Budimex S.A. proposes to set the record date, i.e. the day of establishing the list of shareholders entitled to dividend for 2013, for 6 May 2014, and proposes to set the dividend payout date for 21 May 2014.
