Signing of an annex to the bank guarantee limit agreement with Bank Zachodni WBK SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 13 March 2014 it was informed by Bank Zachodni WBK SA of the signing of an annex to the bank guarantee limit agreement, the conclusion and amendments of which Budimex announced in Current Report Nos. 89/2009 of 16 October 2009, 33/2010 of 21 April 2010, 36/2011 of 28 April 2011, 19/2012 of 20 April 2012, 14/2013 of 4 March 2013 and 40/2013 of 12 June 2013.
According to the annex the bank increased the bank guarantee limit by PLN 100,000,000 (one hundred million Polish zloty) i.e. from PLN 216,000,000 (two hundred and sixteen million) to PLN 316,000,000 (three hundred and sixteen million).
Other provisions of the agreement remain unchanged.
The contractual value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
