Signing of an annex to the credit facility agreement with Bank Zachodni WBK SA
The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 12 March 2014 it was informed by Bank Zachodni WBK SA about the signing of an annex to the standby overdraft agreement, an agreement mentioned in current report no. 14/2013 dated 4 March 2013.
According to the annex the bank has extended the agreement until 3 March 2015.
Other provisions of the agreement remain unchanged.
The contractual value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
