New building for the Chemistry Faculty at Jagiellonian University in Krakow - selection of the bid by the consortium composed of Budimex SA and Mostostal Kraków SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 29 May 2013 it was informed by the Jagiellonian University in Krakow about the selection of the bid by the consortium composed of Budimex SA (leader) and Mostostal Kraków SA (partner - 100% controlled subsidiary of Budimex SA) as the best bid in the unlimited procurement procedure for the construction of the new building for the Chemistry Faculty of Jagiellonian University in Krakow.

• Value of the bid: PLN 130,857,105.09 net

The contract value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
