Reconstruction of the Four Domes Pavilion in Wrocław - a new contract for Budimex SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 17 May 2013 a contract was concluded with the Wrocław National Museum for: Carrying out construction works to implement the project entitled "Renewal and reconstruction of the Four Domes Pavilion for the exhibition purposes of the Wrocław National Museum".

• Net contract value: PLN 61,518,285.37
• Commencement date: 7 days after handing over the construction site
• Deadline: 22 months from the date of concluding the contract
• Guarantee period: 60 months for construction works, 24 months for equipment
• Financial terms and conditions:
  • Settlement of concluded works by monthly partial invoices according to the percentage progress of work where the total value does not exceed 80% of the gross remuneration; and the final invoice
  • Term of payment: 30 days from the delivery of the invoice to the Contracting Authority
  • Bank performance bond: 10% of the gross offered price
• Maximum penalties: 10% of gross remuneration
• Irrespective of reserved contractual penalties, the Contracting Authority is entitled to claim supplementary damages on general terms

The contract value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
