Signing an annex to the contract on bank guarantees with Societe Generale SA, Polish Branch
The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 25 April 2013 it concluded an annex to the Bank Guarantee Agreement with the Polish branch of Societe Generale S.A. The Company reported on this Agreement in Current Report Nos. 37/2011 of 04 May 2011, 72/2011 of 02 August 2011, 25/2012 of 08 May 2012 and 75/2012 of 28 November 2012.
Pursuant to the annex, the Agreement was extended until 30 September 2013.
Other provisions of the contract remain unchanged.
The contract value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
