A list of shareholders present at the OGM of Budimex SA holding over 5% of the votes at the OGM

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. releases to the public a list of shareholders having at least 5% of the votes at the Budimex S.A. OGM, which took place on 24 April 2013, together with details of the number of votes that each is eligible to as a result of the number shares owned and indicating their percentage share in the number of votes at this General Meeting and in the overall number of votes:
1. VALIVALA HOLDINGS B.V. – number of votes: 15,078,159; percentage share in the number of votes at the OGM of Budimex SA on 24 April 2013: 80.06%, percentage share in the total number of votes: 59.06%.
2. OFE PZU "Złota Jesień" – number of votes: 2,625,000; percentage share in the number of votes at the OGM of Budimex SA on 24 April 2013: 13.94%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 10.28%
3. AVIVA OFE AVIVA BZ WBK – number of votes: 1,060,442; percentage share in the number of votes at the OGM of Budimex SA on 24 April 2013: 5.63%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 4.15%.
