Pre-sales and sales of flats in the 1st quarter of 2021

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that in the 1st quarter of 2021, Budimex Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Budimex SA) concluded 494 preliminary agreements on the sale of residential premises compared to 541 agreements concluded in the 1st quarter of 2020.

The number of notarial deeds transferring the ownership of residential premises concluded by the company in the 1st quarter of 2021 amounted to 346 compared to 4 deeds concluded in the 1st quarter of 2020.
