The fulfillment of the condition concerning the concession agreement for the design, construction and operation of an underground parking structure in Wrocław

In regard to current report no. 20/2012 of April 23rd, 2012 informing about the conclusion of an agreement between Budimex Parking Wrocław Sp. z o.o. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Budimex S.A.) and Wrocławskie Przedsiębiorstwo Hala Ludowa Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław for the design, construction and operation of a two-storey underground parking structure with a ground-level part with a total of 800 parking spaces for passenger vehicles and 20 parking spaces for buses in the territory of the Centennial Hall Complex in Wrocław at ul. Wystawowa 1 and to current report no. 24/2012 of April 30th, 2012 informing about the fulfilment of the condition of the concession agreement, the Management Board of Budimex S.A. reports that on July 20th, 2012 it received the final environmental approval from the Contracting Authority, which means the beginning of contract performance.
