The contract to acquire Przedsiębiorstwo Napraw Infrastruktury Sp. z o.o. - annex to the Contract

With regard to Current Report No. 73/2011 of 4 August this year the Management Board of Budimex SA reports that the Company signed an annex to the Contract to acquire Przedsiębiorstwo Napraw Infrastruktury Sp. z o.o. with PKP SA on 14 October 2011, whereby the deadline to execute due diligence was prolonged by 21 days, i.e. till 7 November this year, in order to enable finishing the audit of the company PNI, and the time to conclude the transaction of purchasing PNI purchase was prolonged till 21 December this year.
