Signing annex to the line agreement on bank guarantees with Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA hereby announces that on 26 June 2018, it was informed about the signing by Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas SA of an annex to the Guarantee Line Agreement dated 25 April 2008. Budimex announced the conclusion of that agreement in the Current Report No 20/2008 of 28 April 2008, 13/2017 of 10 March 2017, 51/2017 of 3 July 2017, and the last report No. 26/2018 of 15 May 2018.

Pursuant to the annex, the term by which the company may request that the Bank issue guarantees was extended by 30 May 2019.

Other provisions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
