Annex to the contractual guarantees agreement with Euler Hermes SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 4 June 2018, Budimex SA was notified by Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Euler Hermes SA of signature of an annex for the provision of contractual guarantees under the revolving limit to the agreement of 28 August 2008 concluded with Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Euler Hermes SA, of which the Company informed in current report No 09/2016 of 9 February 2016, 62/2016 of 12 September 2016 and 63/2017 of 18 August 2017.

Pursuant to the annex, the amount of the limit to which the Company may instruct Towarzystwo to issue contractual guarantees was raised from PLN 300 million to PLN 400 million. Other terms and conditions remain unchanged, i.e. the agreement is concluded for an indefinite period, and 10 blank promissory notes with promissory note declarations secure the payment of Budimex liabilities under the agreement.
