Annex to the agreement with Pekao Leasing Sp. z o.o.
The Management Board of Budimex SA reports that on 24 April 2018 it was informed about the signing, by PEKAO LEASING Sp. z o.o., of an annex to the Agreement on leasing limit of 8 July 2016, which the company reported in current report No 53 dated 18 July 2016.
Under the annex, the term of the Agreement has been extended until 31 December 2018.
Other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
