Signature of a contract with Dyrekcja Rozbudowy Miasta Gdańska for the construction of the Biskupia Górka flyover

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 5 March 2018 Budimex SA concluded a contract for the construction of the Biskupia Górka flyover with Dyrekcja Rozbudowy Miasta Gdańska. The company confirmed that Budimex’s bid had been selected as the most advantageous one in the current report No 77/2017 of 30 October 2017.   

Contract value: PLN 116,784,921.23 net  

Works commencement date: from the contract date  

Works completion date: 31.07.2019 

 Guarantee period: 60 months starting from the Final Acceptance Date  

Advance payment: none  

Payment: 30 days from the Ordering Party’s receipt of a properly issued invoice  

Bank performance bond: 5% of gross bid value.  

Contractual penalties do not differ from the market standards. 

Payment of contractual penalties does not prejudice the Ordering Party’s right to seek damages exceeding the stipulated contractual penalties, in accordance with general principles.  

The value of the contract exceeds the threshold of PLN 111,446,000.
