Signing an agreement with Dom Development S.A. for construction, as a general contractor, of the II stage of the housing project “Marina Mokotów II”

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 21 February 2018 it has signed an agreement with Dom Development S.A. for construction, as a general contractor, of the II stage of the housing project “Marina Mokotów II” in the Mokotów district in Warsaw.

Contract value: PLN 125,881,577.48 net

Works commencement date: 31 August 2018

Final acceptance date: 30 June 2020

Guarantee period: 72 months starting from the Work Acceptance Date.

Advance payment: none

Good performance bond: bank guarantee for 5% of the net contract value and part two, deposit amounting to 5% of the net value of each invoice.

The total amount of contractual penalties shall not exceed 12% of the remuneration for performance of the subject matter of the said agreement.

The Investor has a right to claim damages in excess of the reserved amount of contractual penalties.

The provisions of the agreement do not vary from the ones applied commonly in agreements of this type.

The bid value exceeds the threshold of PLN 111,446 thousand.
