Annex to the agreement for contractual guarantees with TUiR Allianz Polska SA
The Management Board of Budimex SA notifies that on 13 February 2018 Budimex SA signed an annexe to the agreement concluded with TUiR Allianz Polska SA on granting contractual guarantees under the revolving limit of 8 October 2007. Information on the agreement was contained in current reports No 49 of 23 July 2013, No 98 of 11 December 2014, No 89 of 29 December 2015 and No 4/2017 of 25 January 2017.
Under the annex, the effective term of the agreement has been extended until 30 November 2018 and the limit to which Budimex may request issuance of a guarantee has been increased to the amount of PLN 200,000,000 (say: two hundred million zloty).
Other significant terms and conditions remain unchanged.
The value of the contract exceeds the threshold of PLN 111,446 thousand.
