Conclusion of contract with Horizont Project Development Sp. z o.o.

The Management Board of Budimex SA informs that on 16 November 2017 it signed with Horizont Project Development Sp. z o.o. a contract for the works involving sealing the roof in the new wood production plant in Biskupiec, constructed by Horizont Project Development Sp. z o.o. Contract value: PLN 17,247,343.2 net. The Company announced that the Employer chose the Budimex’s bid as the most advantageous one in the current report No 76/2017 of 17 October 2017. The total value of orders with the same employer since July this year has been PLN 127,190,183.74 and it exceeds the threshold of PLN 111,446 thousand. The highest value order is the contract concluded on 8 August 2017 for the supply of reinforced concrete prefabricated elements for the construction of the new wood production plant in Biskupiec.

Terms of the highest value contract:

Contract value: PLN 59,863,274.18 net

Commencement date: 28 August 2017

Completion date: 29 June 2018

Guarantee period: 5 years

Advance payment: 20% of the Accepted Gross Contract Amount

Terms of payment: within 14 days of the date of delivery of VAT invoices to the Employer, issued for the amounts certified in Payment Certificates

Bank advance payment guarantee: 20% of the net contract value

Bank performance bond: 10% of the Accepted Gross Contract Amount

Defect removal guarantee to release security deposits: 5% of the net contract value

- concluded on 3 July 2017 - For earthworks, external works and sewage networks for the land property for construction of the new wood production plant in Biskupiec – contract value PLN 26,067,606.36 net.

- concluded on 4 October 2017 – For roof covering and elevation cladding of facilities implemented as part of the construction of the new wood production plant in Biskupiec – contract value PLN 24,011,960 net.
