Signing the agreement for issuing bank guarantees with Societe Generale SA
The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 28 September 2017 Budimex SA was informed by Societe Generale Spółka Akcyjna about the signing of the framework agreement on a bank guarantee line. Under the agreement, Budimex SA may request that the Bank issue bank guarantees up to the amount of PLN 200,000,000.00. The agreement is valid until 28 February 2018. The remaining terms and conditions of the agreement do not vary from the ones applied commonly in agreements of this type.
The value of the Agreement exceeds the threshold of PLN 111,446 thousand.
