Concluding an annex to the agreement on guarantee line with mBank SA
On 27 September 2017, Budimex S.A. was informed by mBank S.A. about the signing of an annex to the agreement on limit for bank guarantees, of which the company notified in current reports No 29/2015 dated 19 May 2015, 4/2016 dated 19 January 2016 and 70/2016 dated 28 October 2016.
Pursuant to the annex, the limit, up to which Budimex SA may request that the Bank issues bank guarantees was increased to PLN 200,000,000.00 and the duration of this limit was extended until 28 September 2018.
Other provisions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
