Annex to a contractual guarantees agreement with Euler Hermes SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 18 August 2017, Budimex SA was notified by Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Euler Hermes SA of signing an annexe on the provision of contractual guarantees under the revolving limit to the agreement of 28 August 2008 concluded with Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Euler Hermes SA, of which the Company notified in the Current Report No 09/2016 dated 9 February 2016 and 62/2016 dated 12 September 2016.

Pursuant to the annexe, the amount of the limit to which the Company may instruct Towarzystwo to issue contractual guarantees was raised from PLN 220 million to PLN 300 million. Other terms and conditions remain unchanged, i.e. the agreement is concluded for an indefinite period, and 10 blank promissory notes with promissory note declarations secure the payment of Budimex liabilities under the agreement.
