Annex to the agreement on bank guarantee line with Alior Bank SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA advises that on 8 August of this year the company was informed about the signing, by Alior Bank SA, of an annex to the agreement on bank guarantee line, of which Budimex had notified in current reports: No 53/2013 of 22 August 2013, No 63/2014 of 7 August 2014, No 89/2014 of 17 November 2014 and No 76/2015 of 20 October 2015.

Pursuant to the annex, the period during which Budimex may request that the Bank issue bank guarantees was extended until 20 August 2017.

Any other provisions of the agreement shall remain unchanged.
