Annex to the agreement on bank guarantee line with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego

The Management Board of Budimex SA advises that on 8 August of this year the company signed, with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, an annex to the agreement on bank guarantee line, of which Budimex had notified in current report No 54/2014 dated 30 June 2014 and current report No 45/2015 of 16 July 2015.
Pursuant to the annex, the period during which Budimex may request that the Bank issue bank guarantees was extended until 29 June 2018.

Any other provisions of the agreement shall remain unchanged.

The value of the agreement signed with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego exceeds the threshold of PLN 102,680 thousand.
