Signing an annex to the Agreement on bank guarantees with Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas SA
The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 15 February 2016 it was informed about the signing by Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas SA of an annex to the Guarantee Line Agreement dated 25 April 2008. Budimex announced the conclusion of that agreement in Current Report No 20/2008 of 28 April 2008.
Pursuant to the annex, the bank extended the term by which Budimex SA may request that the Bank issue bank guarantees until 15 February 2017.
Other provisions of the agreement remain unchanged.
The value of the agreement exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
