Annexe to bank guarantee agreement signed with Alior Bank SA
The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 20 October 2015 it signed an annexe to an agreement for a guarantee-type products limit concluded with Alior Bank SA. Budimex informed of the conclusion and amendments to this agreement in current reports No 53/2013 of 22 August 2013, No 63/2014 of 7 August 2014 and No 89/2014 of 17 November 2014.
Under the annexe, the Bank has extended the products use period until 20 August 2016 and the final date of repayment of the obligations of Budimex SA towards the Bank until 20 August 2024.
Other conditions of the agreement remain unchanged.
The annexe was concluded under a condition precedent, i.e. the submission of a security in favour of the Bank in the form of Budimex’s representation on voluntary surrender to enforcement with regard to pecuniary performances, drawn up in the form of a notarial deed pursuant to Article 777 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
The aforesaid security will be immediately established by Budimex SA in favour of the Bank.
The agreement value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
