Signing an annex to the bank guarantee limit agreement with Bank Zachodni WBK SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 12 June 2013 it received from Bank Zachodni WBK SA information on signing an annex to the bank guarantee limit agreement, of which conclusion and amendments Budimex announced in Current Report Nos. 89/2009 of 16 October, 33/2010 of 21 April 2010, 36/2011 of 28 April 2011, 19/2012 of 20 April 2012 and 14/2013 of 4 March 2013.
Under the annex the bank released to the company the bank guarantee limit of PLN 216,000,000 (two hundred sixteen million zloty) for a period to 31 May 2014.
The amount of the above limit resulted from joining the bank guarantee limits granted earlier to Budimex by Bank Zachodni WBK SA in the amount of PLN 100,000,000 (one hundred million zloty) and Kredyt Bank SA in the amount of PLN 116,000,000 (one hundred sixteen million zloty), of which Bank Zachodni WBK SA is the legal successor. Budimex announced the conclusion and amendments to the bank guarantee limit agreement with Kredyt Bank SA, of which Bank Zachodni WBK SA is the legal successor, in Current Report Nos. 13/2012 of 12 March 2012 and 12/2013 of 26 February 2013.
The guarantees debited to the limit previously released by Kredyt Bank SA are charged to the newly granted limit.  
Other provisions of the agreement remain unchanged.
The agreement value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
