Signing of an Annex to the credit contract with Kredyt Bank S.A.

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. reports that on 21 January 2101 it received information from Kredyt Bank S.A. on the signing of Annex no. 12 of 13 January 2010 to the Contract on granting Bank Guarantee Line no. 48/2000/LG/Z/W3 of 13 November 2000 signed between Budimex S.A. and Kredyt Bank S.A.

• Pursuant to the Annex, Budimex S.A. is entitled to order the Bank to issue bank guarantees up to a sum total of PLN 116,000,000 until 30 June 2010. The abovementioned limit is reduced by guarantees already issued by Kredyt Bank S.A. on the order of Budimex S.A. and Budimex Dromex S.A. (a company taken over by Budimex S.A. on 16 November 2009).
