With reference to current report No 76/2021 of 28 October 2021 and current report No 80/2021 of 19 November 2021, the Management Board of Budimex S.A. informs that it has received information about the cancellation of the procedure referred to in current report No 80/2021 of 19.11.2021. The Ordering Party has informed that it has proceeded to repeat the examination and evaluation of bids. The above information has no impact on the Company's current results.
