Estimation of the consolidated net profit of the Budimex Group for Q2 2021

The Management Board of Budimex SA reports that the consolidated net financial result of the Budimex Group for the 2nd quarter of 2021 amounted to PLN 657 million, of which PLN 542 million concerned sales of Budimex Nieruchomości sp. z o.o. After eliminating one-off events, the consolidated net result amounted to PLN 115 million, which is an increase of PLN 25 million (27%) year-on-year.

The net profit of Budimex SA for the 2nd quarter amounted to PLN 541 million (PLN 762 million for the first half of 2021).

This information is published as a consequence of a significant change in the level of net financial result in the reporting period.
