Estimation of the consolidated profit of the Budimex Group for Q1 2021

The Management Board of Budimex SA informs that the consolidated net financial result of the Budimex Group for Q1 2021 was PLN 71 million, which represents an increase of PLN 47 million (196%) compared to the respective period of the previous year.

The increase in the consolidated net profit is due mostly to the higher net profit from the real-estate development business. During the Q1 2021, Budimex Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o. concluded 346 notarial deeds (in comparison with 4 notarial deeds in Q1 2020).

The increase in the consolidated net profit is also due to the improved profitability of the construction business.

The publication of this information is the result of a significant change in the level of net financial result in the given period.
